The system has an action once per hour Extract additional process field data from email attachment files
It finds the process by the specified process id in the file in the column and adds fields to the additional process fields.
Is it possible to perform such an action at the BP stage, which will search for files in the process letters and add data from the table in XLS to the fields of the process goods?
Example process https://farfor.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/zakaz-postavshchiku/3495/edit/
An example of an xls file in a letter https://farfor.crm-onebox.com/admin/document/7/control/ (there will be such an xls file)

Anton, https://farfor.crm-onebox.com/admin/document/7/control/ this is not an xls file. Do you only need to add new products to the process or somehow overwrite the values with the old ones? How should a product be searched in a process?

This is the template from which the xls file will be generated (file attached) 1. You need to update the additional fields of the process products from the file 2. Search for a product by article, id, external id. I think it's worth tweaking

I understand that you can do an action in which you will select the number of the column with the field to search for, the type of field to search for (article, id, external id). Then the numbers of columns with additional fields and their keys in the box to update. This will take about 8 hours. The only negative that I see here is: if you have 2 identical products in the file, then in the box we will update the same product of the process, do you provide such options?

I don't get it, what's the number? Order number?

No, it shouldn't be like this.

your article will be in the second column in the file, for example. You will write 2 in the field, and in the next field choose from the list what this article is.
