When there is an attachment in xls format, for example, when turned into a process from mail, it is displayed as an attachment in the process in the form of a square, which, when hovered in the center, has a download arrow. and when you click outside of that arrow on the document, it opens in google.docs. But not anywhere when clicking on the square opens in google.docs. Sometimes just a blank page. can this be fixed?

When trying to open via Google Docs, there are often times when the service "cuts off" the request, and therefore the preview is not loaded.
If you have a problem in something else - show somehow what it is (perhaps take a video of the screen).
