Continuation of the previous two topics:
I beg you to pay attention to this point: We set up processes so that processes are created automatically from events. So employees don't have to check My Events.
But there is one big problem with events. Neither files nor formatted text are added from the email to the created process. There is action, but it does not fulfill its function.
Events turn into a process, but it is impossible to see the content of the event, especially if there is a "beautiful letter".
https://prnt.sc/uzy2u0
We open a new process, and it is empty - there are no files: https://prnt.sc/uzy3hz
Or unreadable: https://prnt.sc/uzy5zz
Please fix this.

strange, on my project norms. maybe you have this option enabled http://prntscr.com/v01xpe ?
Please give me your email and I will send you a test email. I want to see how a process is created with an automation action (not manually), do you mind?

The same problem, in automation there is an action to turn a letter into a process, but when a letter has an attachment, then there is no attachment in the process

I ask developers to fix a bug in our Box: none of the processes from the automatic action 'turn an event into a process' does not show normally. Doesn't attach files to process from emails, displays first event just as 'change'. We checked, the others in the system are all right.
