The same problem, in automation there is an action to turn a letter into a process, but when a letter has an attachment, then there is no attachment in the process

2 letters are created in the box, one from the sender to the sender (there is a file) for some reason, and the second from the sender to the recipient (there is no file).

I checked the parameters of the mail itself, there are no additional folders, there is no redirection either.
I can't figure out the problem
