Please tell me how to set a default email address for sending emails in OneBox?
I'm curious whether the "default" checkbox in the mail connection settings affects the automatic pulling of the address into the letter writing form — for example, when sending from a process or from a mass mailing application.
Currently, we only have one active mailbox connection from which emails are successfully sent manually. However, this address is not automatically pulled into either the sending template from the process or the mass mailing form.
The checkbox that should mark the mail as "default" is inactive. In this case, in the settings of the "Mail" application, the required address is already specified as "Return Email address for letters" and as "Return Email address in the "Compose letter" pop-up window", but automatic pulling still does not occur.
Maybe there are actions or automation that would help set mail by default in certain processes?
I would be grateful for clarification or instructions on how to set this up.

Good afternoon. And where exactly do you check what is not being tightened? Because it was based on the above settings that I checked: - in a pop-up window when clicking on an email, for example in a contact card or process - pulls up the specified email in the settings - similarly in the comments feed also pulls up the specified email in the "Send email" block

Yesterday, mail really didn't pull up in any of the letter writing forms, although when manually entering the address through the comment bar, the system issued a message about successful sending. Later, an SMTP connection error appeared. I reconnected, and today mail is already pulled up through the comment bar, but SMTP still doesn't work - letters are not sent. I tried different ports and settings, currently only IMAP works. Perhaps the problem is on the ukr.net side - I contacted their technical support.
Questions remain:
In the form for writing a letter through a taboo action, there is no option to select a mail, is this configurable? My active connected mailbox is not set by default, and it is not clear from which connection the letter is being sent (screen 1). This mailbox is not in the list of available accounts in the Mail application - I only see it in the connection settings.
At the same time, in the process, through the comments feed, the email I need is pulled up (screen 2).
Why is the connected mailbox not showing up in the Mail app, but it is in the connections settings? And how do I set it as the default mailbox?
Thanks for the response!
