Letters from mail (gmail) to the box are converted into processes (action Turn letter into process, automatic action once per minute) with a delay of 15 minutes ( https://take.ms/iPSD2 - https://take.ms/gluiD )

This is a restriction on gmail mail.
They block parsing if you access it more than 15 minutes (you can certainly try to set 10 and check whether it will be banned or not) - but definitely not more often
