Option 1:
- Go to "events"
- Choose a process
- click "Turn into a process"
- the letter was added to the process as a comment, it looks quite nice. in the feed, you can switch to the "letters" tab and see this letter.
Option 2:
- automatic action "turn letter into process"
- the letter was added to the feed, but it is impossible to switch to the letter and it looks unreadable. at the same time, the text of the letter was added to the description, which would not be desirable.
How to make an automatic action add a letter to the process in the same way as when "turning a process" from events: like a letter into a comment, and not add the content of the letter to the process description.

Specifically, as in the events can not be done. You can set it up like this http://i.imgur.com/O8fsE70.png You will have a link to view the event, and you can remove it from the description by an action at the stage if it interferes http://i.imgur.com/y8Iij7d.png

No, only if you create a process from an event

Is it possible to create a new action that will add a letter to the process, and not "turn" it into a process. Or let it turn into a process, but add the letter as a letter to the comment feed? So at least it will be logical and correlated with other actions in the system.

a separate action - raises many questions, how, what kind of letter to add, etc. But to make it get into the comments is 2 hours of refinement

It goes into the comments anyway. You just need to make it hit the same way as when you click 'turn the letter into a process', and not like in the action 'turn the letter into a process'. That is, to be displayed in the letters tab, in the comments. I don't want to pay for revision, there are too many similar 'minor' inconsistencies in the system. If it gets fixed in future versions, it will be good.

You see, here is a moment, I expect a single logic from the system where the same terms are written. But this is not happening.)

The biggest problem is that Box doesn't grab files from the email and you have to switch to events to see what's in the email. Why is that? Make the letter simply join the process!

Why switch to an event? The text of the letter is added to the description, and a link to the original letter can be added either to the description or to the comment. These are not the same functions, so they work differently. If you want to add any letter to any process, then use the function of attaching an event to the process https://prnt.sc/uqrq37

https://prntscr.com/ur134h This is a system bug. We need to fix the automatic action so that it pulls the letter into the comment, like a letter. Here are two identical processes: 1. One is created automatically. https://prnt.sc/ur145m 2. The second one is created by an action from an event. https://prnt.sc/ur14ew Please correct this misunderstanding so that you can work normally.
