Auto action and email action work differently

Is it possible to create a new action that will add a letter to the process, and not "turn" it into a process. Or let it turn into a process, but add the letter as a letter to the comment feed? So at least it will be logical and correlated with other actions in the system.

You just need to make it hit the same way as when you click 'turn the letter into a process', and not like in the action 'turn the letter into a process'. That is, to be displayed in the letters tab, in the comments. I don't want to pay for revision, there are too many similar 'minor' inconsistencies in the system. If it gets fixed in future versions, it will be good.

The biggest problem is that Box doesn't grab files from the email and you have to switch to events to see what's in the email. Why is that? Make the letter simply join the process!
