Emails are not sent

Here (Fig. 1) writes that according to the settings everything is OK and everything is displayed normally. But after sending any letter, nothing comes to any mail. There is no letter in spam and in all mail.
Also, letters do not come, for example, after exporting goods through the "Import export of goods" application.

No, go to Reports and Report Designer - The history of sent Emails there in the list will indicate from which mail and to which you tried to send.
You need to understand from which mail the letter was sent, if this is the mail that you indicated, then you need to dig deeper.

In order for the mail to be guaranteed to reach, you need to enable the setting
"Don't send emails from this email if SMTP is not available"
And when this setting is enabled you get the error
"SMTP: SMTP FAIL connect for login: tryalia@tryalia.com.ua"
When you fix the integration error, then the mail will reach.
