The reason is the same - the box cannot connect correctly to the SMTP service.
With almost from urk.net - SMTP server (smtp.ukr.net port 465), completely inaccessible from the server of your box (I wrote about this above);
When connecting from Google, the service is gmail - Here you get a very specific error "SMTP: SMTP FAIL connect for login:
xxxxpilka@gmail.com"

http://akmp.com.ua/app/imap-new/settings/This error indicates that your integration with the SMTP service is not configured correctly.
Set up the integration correctly and everything will work. (perhaps the wrong port or you need to use encryption...)
The send queue has been cleared because each new letter in the queue that cannot be sent,
creates a delay in the work of automation once a minute.
As a tip: Do not create a lot of messages in the queue, one will be enough and as soon as you correctly configure the integration,
the message will be marked as sent in the report.
