Before the reboot, all mail was sent, and everything that was scheduled after the reboot was sent at night, when I answered you on the forum.
This can be seen from the history, see the screenshot.

You rebooted the server while the minute cron was running. The cron was started at 20:36, the server got up after a reboot at 20:39.
All this is visible on your server.
Didn't send at 7am because you, or not you, rebooted the server at night.
