Calculate bonus based on KPI - doesn't work

At the time when the action was supposed to work out (12:00), the user had a KPI value of 40
According to the settings, action 40 should have been multiplied by 3 and awarded bonuses to the employee in the bonus section "without category" (as found out in this thread https://crm-onebox.com/ru/support/other/10966-os---vichislit- bonus-na-base-kpi/ )
But, bonuses were not credited (see screenshot 2)

As far as I can see, the action produced bonuses, was the issue resolved?
