I need the system to count the number of processes, but without reference to the employee.
Let's say I made kpi https://monoshop.crm-onebox.com/app/kpi/93/
and configured the creation of a task with a RFP where I need to calculate the number of tasks
The task is not created, I suspect that for the reason that the contact for which I configured this does not apply to any of these items
How to make it so that a task is created for a certain contact and KPIayka pushes the number of processes for these pairs there
