1. We propose to add to the multi-selection (select status, select business process, etc. wherever it is justified) - the "select all" option.
It is often faster to select all options and eliminate unnecessary ones than to select one at a time from a list.
or
You can make it so that the list does not disappear after choosing the first option, but remains open until you poke outside the list.
