Menu, desktop, interface does not open

It usually shows a menu that has all the necessary links (applications) like: payments, contacts, orders, etc.
And for some reason, today when I click on this link, the page loads, but there is nothing on it. It is empty, just a white page opens. At the same time, if you follow the links in, for example, Orders, they open. That is, for some reason, the link to our main menu or desktop does not open (see above). Please help me solve this problem. Tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?
