To be honest, I don’t quite understand what kind of link is needed if all processes with all additional fields are visible to all employees without exception, along with those additional fields that were put in an exception. I have the impression that this exception either does not work at all, or, in addition to the actions that we have already done (screenshot), you need to configure something else beforehand in order for the exceptions to work. Can you tell me where else the settings can be?

Yes, this user has the role of "Shop Manager", but not "Procurement Manager" - that's the field and is not hidden for him.
