Problem with Rozetka export

So I didn't get an answer to yesterday's question.
Yesterday, after a forced update, the upload returned to normal, but today the upload has become empty again (it only contains category IDs and photos), as a result of which the stores are disabled and we are losing money. What could be the problem? - And how to solve it?
