Downloading to XLS allows you to download the filter characteristics of products as the desired headers "Name_Characteristics". Check if the names uploaded in the file correspond to those on Prom.ua, as described in their documentation. Or ask their technical support a question about what exactly is not uploaded in the file / configured on their portal.
