Sergey, I had the same problem. I've been testing for a whole week, but nothing worked.
For everything to work, you need to check 2 checkboxes "Upload all product filters" and "Upload only radio button filters". There, the logic is as follows: with the first checkmark, you make it clear that you need to unload all filters, and not the first one in the list. Then the second checkmark makes it clear to Box that it is necessary to select the switches filters from all the filters.
