Good afternoon.
Is it possible to transfer the status of the process from the socket to the box without modification? Example - The client canceled the order so that the stage automatically and in the box goes to a certain process?

No. There is only an action for the stage - changing the status on the outlet.

I did via: 1. Parse mail 2. Create a task 3. Next we find the order number in the letter 4. After we find the process by the order number in the outlet 5. After we have found, we transfer to cancellation

My order number from the outlet is not transmitted to the process. But thanks for the idea.
It can't be, unless you do it on purpose. The order number in the outlet is written in the field "External ID"
