Good afternoon! For 4 hours now orders have not been unloaded from PROM. What could be the reason?

Authorization problem.

I think the token needs to be replaced. TP proma will help you.

We received the API token. But then all the integration with the promo fell off!
We sent password recovery requests to https://crm-onebox.com/ru/support - nothing came.
