Hello. Only active orders are pulled from the outlet, which have not yet been closed or canceled. This is logical, why do you need to see canceled orders in your system?

1. So that the manager would work out this order for the reason for the refusal and fix it in the system + generating a report on failures in the box is not logical :) ?
2. Can you add this information somewhere in action or in integration so that it would be clear to everyone?

1. The order will reach you within 5 minutes. If someone ordered and immediately canceled, he will not get to you. It is not logical to process such orders in any way, because you did not influence the client's refusal in any way.
