Perhaps the API key is outdated.
401 Not Authenticated 401 Not Authenticated This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document you requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (eg, bad password), or your browser does not understand how to supply the credentials required. Not Authenticated

You're right. Prom support confirmed this information. Too bad they don't notify you in advance.
I changed the keys and everything worked.
