Not once an hour, as stated, but once a day the update occurs, this is already better. Forcibly also updated. Such a problem was already in the summer, can we influence it on our own?

Yes, because there is 2 times more allocated memory on the hour crown than on the minute one. And on the minute it is not enough to form the file.
Added the same memory - it should work.
