Orders from Rozetka are not processed correctly

We connected another outlet account. All settings were copied from the previous (working) setting. But the order comes in without a Status and just like some kind of incomprehensible BP and you can’t change the status, error: “The essence is not found.” Here is an example https://andser.crm-onebox.com/237684/
