Import orders from outlet (fulfillment)

There are orders that arrive through the fulfillment system from the outlet
for some reason they come without contact details (only with a phone number and without full name)

Tell me what could be the problem?

In the Rosette output, the user parameter does not have contact data, as it did before.
You can use the setting "If this parameter is marked, the client will be used in the process with information about the delivery." to take the full name (and below there is a setting by phone number) from the delivery data - the necessary data is there.
Why Rozetka used to transmit data, but now it has stopped (changed output) - this is more a question for Rozetka.
