What could be the reason that the order from the promotion is in UAH, but the box is unloaded in dollars? What needs to be fixed? Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the purchase price is in dollars, but the price is tied to this site in UAH (screenshot attached)?

In the product card in your system, the currency is most likely dollars, and due to the fact that the currency in which the product came from the promotion was not found, the currency from the product card was used
you can use the setting in the action "If the process product currency is not found - use the base currency" in order to use the base currency, and not from the product card
