The last orders that entered Prom.ua MobiPrint.in.ua are shown on the screenshot (screenshot from our mail, where the letter arrives when a new order is added) with the date and time.
The last orders that entered Rozetka.ua Creative M, on the screenshot (screenshot from our mail, where the letter arrives when a new order is added) has the date and time.
The same goes for payments.
Here is a screenshot from the Seller-Online statement showing the latest payments for 09/07/2022 11:58

In this case, it is not known what exactly was the reason, because when I watched, the crown was already working.
Most likely, when working with an external resource (external integrations), the request was sent, the response was not received, and the communication channel was in the established state.
Therefore, the crown was waiting for a response from an external resource.
How can I make sure it doesn't happen again?
You cannot influence this process.
