How can I check that PROM integration is working

In fact, the integration does not work (before that everything worked)

The TP prom service said that everything is working fine from their side
They checked the API keys, everything is OK with these keys
There are no logs by prom
TP specialists ask what request you send and what error you get
How can such information be seen in the system?

The OS has logging of requests that go to the prom, and if there are errors, can you see them there?

errors are written in the application itself + logging files in the log report

Now there are orders, the problem was earlier, there were no orders, that is, the integration did not work and it was necessary to prove to TP prom that the problem was in their API, but there was nothing to prove
