Orders stopped coming from PROM

There are 2 integrations with prom https://womanparadise.crm-onebox.com/admin/auto/action/minute/edit/
Both worked without problems.
Yesterday, orders stopped coming for both integrations (after about 18:00)

How can you prove to PROM in such situations that the problem is on their part (maybe there is some kind of logging or what ways to check this)?
