There are three Prom cabinets that are connected to Boxing.
On one of them, it does not transmit the statuses "accepted, canceled" and others.
The external id is specified in the order interface.
Tell me what could be the reason?

For each account, you need to set a separate action to change the status + be sure to put a ban on performing an action depending on the account, otherwise only the first one will work

Yes , the external id matches .
When you change the status on the prom, nothing happens, did you try to put it on the procedure and manually change it (click on the procedure and check what is on the prom)?
