It's probably better not to create an order at all... This problem usually happens when there are actions at the stage that can give an error, or there is a problem with the client - there is no information (phone, mail), or phone validity check is enabled or mail, but they are not valid.
Try to make a stage at which there are no actions, it is advisable not to use the "Fill in the contact card" block in the interface, as it saves the card, and if some data in the card is incorrect or missing, then an error. In general, what is configured is not always configured logically.
