Modules for integrating chats with ROZETKA

Good time of the day.
Need help.
1. Synchronization with Rozetka is connected. Opposite the "Import orders from Rozetka Seller API" module, "OK" should glow.
2. Opposite the module "Import chats with customers from Rozetka Seller API" is written "incorrect_username_password".
3. And when you connect the module "Turn chats with customers with Rozetka Seller API into chats in OneBox", it simply does not appear in the automation application with Rozetka.

Help me to understand.
It can be seen that the login and password for Rozetka are suitable. This confirms the "OK" status against importing orders.

I had to temporarily disable all automation from Rozetka due to the fact that I received a warning from Rozetka about "a large number of unnecessary requests"...

We contacted ROZETKA technical support and they replied that the connection to our account via API, with the same login and password that we specify in OneBox, is working fine. In confirmation, they sent a screen (attached) which shows that the token was successfully received at the time of connection. This means that there were no restrictions or blocking of our account on their part.
In which direction should we "dig"? It is very necessary to activate this integration module with ROZETKA.

Based on the first screenshot, your password in the integration was inserted not in its pure form, but already in an encoded one.
Specified the correct password - we receive an authorization token (there are supposedly no orders for yesterday / today). Make a test order and check its import.
