Multilingual not working

I want to change the names of the pages, so that the Russian site would have "About us", and in Ukrainian "About us" . When switching the language in the admin panel, screen 2 , - when changing the language, the language on the page (s) does not change, why and what to do?

I went in - changed the name to UA - everything was saved and displayed when switching.
