How do you handle the routine of an online store? Your experience is needed

Hi all!
I work with automation in e-commerce and want to understand what tasks online store owners and managers have that consume the most time and nerves.
From what I see most often:
- manually download and update products;
- monitor the balances and prices of suppliers;
- notify customers about orders;
- generate documents and reports.
I want to ask you:
1. What exactly would you like to automate in your store first?
2. Have you tried any ready-made solutions? What did you like and what did you not?
3. Is the speed of work more important to you or the ability to customize everything “for yourself”?
I am testing different automation scenarios in parallel and can share my developments. If you are interested, I can show an example or do a small test directly on your task.
Very interesting to hear your experience!

I recently started working with a company that ships goods, and the biggest headache we've always had was with packaging. Boxes, courier packages, all of this needs to be kept in stock, otherwise the process is constantly halted. Now I've solved this issue through ShopTobi https://shoptobi.com.ua/categories/kurerskie-pakety - they really help out, because you can order different formats at once, and then not run around the city looking for where to get them. This is also a certain automation, because the packaging process no longer disrupts the usual rhythm of work.
