One order 58784 dated March 12 did not go from Opencart to box.
For all the time there was no such problem, but it is very critical.
What could be the reason?

Is the status in the opencart cabinet normal? And then there are some erroneous orders, and they do not get into boxing. checkmark as on the screen?
