You have a lot of "hanging" processes where automatic status change is configured, but for some reason they cannot switch and thus every time they try to switch again, but it does not work and it takes 15-20 minutes in total. You need to find these processes and close them (delete, switch to the desired status). And ideally, you need to monitor (find such a process and try to manually set the status - you will see an error) why they are not switched and correct the error, or adjust the logic so that there are no such logical errors.
