In some products that do not match brands on the opencart, for example, the product in the box with the airon brand https://cabinet.tehnolavka.com.ua/app/product/965386/edit/ , and on the opencart another brand (screen) I cleaned the opencart database and tried to add goods on a new one, the problem was not solved. Are brands with IDs exported from boxing or just the name?

Good afternoon. Brand information is transmitted by brand code 1c. In this brand, it is equal to 2, respectively, in the opencart, the product should have a brand with id=2 . In order to update brands in opencart from box, you need to select the appropriate item in the select where you choose what to export to opencart. But in your case it may not work because for some reason some brands have the same codes1c

hidden field. Perhaps it can be seen in the list of brands but hardly. It is used only for a few integrations, so it may not be publicly available.
