Opencart does not receive orders from the site in the box

I had a failure of my provider, and the Opnkart website did not work.
they recently recovered.
I updated the API key, registered it in the settings and in the crown.
I registered the IP address in Adaminke of the site
goods are transferred to the site, pictures are also transferred.
and orders from openkart are not transferred to the box.

At the moment, there are no problems with importing orders from Opencart.

I don't understand why it's 921st in the box, but it's 913 on the open card, and the product is the second one, and it's February in the box... but it's not important, there's a refusal.
