Data transfer problem in CRM.

In some transactions with magento 2 store, custom fields are not transferred when using new mail delivery method. On the magento side, all the data in the description of the application are displayed correctly.
Can you suggest what could be the problem?

I'm pointing the butt of two spells with magento with identical given addresses. I also attach the data that came to CRM.
In the zamovlennі with the comment "test zamovlennya" attributes of the address came as needed (in the field extension_attributes there are data building - house number, floor - over and so on).
Ale in the comment "TEST" is similar to the entries in extension_attributes, which are transmitted to CRM every day.
