We create promotional offers.
Conditions: When purchasing product A and B, the client receives a fixed discount of 1000 UAH.
In the parameters, you specified the start and end dates, status (Active), Contact Group, warehouse, and set the checkbox to the Active status.
Option 1
Fine-tuning promotional items:
“All positions from the promotion must be in the process” check-box is activated.
In the "Fixed discount" field, a discount of UAH 1000 was indicated.

In the process of placing an order by the manager, “Available promotional offers for the process” are displayed, in the column “Process amount including the promotion”, an incorrect value is displayed (the value without the discount).

Small update on this issue.
I tried to do this operation from under macOS 11 Safari 14.0 (16610.2.2.4) the offer auctions started working. Rejoiced. But it turned out that under macOS it only works in safari, it doesn’t work anywhere else. (FireFox, Chrome)
Tried under Windows
Google Chrome 85.0.04183.102 - not working
Mozilla FireFox 80.0.1 - not working
Microsoft Edge 85.0.564.1 - not working
The question remains open.
