I just recently noticed that from 09/29/2021 - orders from my site on magento to Box stopped coming in, + no clients come in.
According to programmers on the magenta side, the api works correctly.
Can you tell me what is wrong, and also, tell me how to see the logs for the magento application?

This problem is related to the fact that Let's Encrypt expired on September 30, 2021, the IdenTrust DST Root CA X3 root certificate.
Your site diademagrand.com.ua has a certificate from Let's Encrypt installed.
Replace the certificate on the diademagrand.com.ua website (not from Let's Encrypt) or on the box server, you need to add an exception for the certificate.
