Products stopped being transferred to opencart

Integration with opencart 2.3 was set up https://montazhka.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/integrations/opencart-1/control/
Data exchange worked.
Now products are not transferred to opencart. That is, when you start the action Unload products/categories/filters/characteristics in opencart (via the database), the external id is returned to the box, but the product in the opencart is empty by this external id.

Did you happen to transfer opencart anywhere (base in particular)?
Maybe it was sent to the wrong place on the hosting, or the accesses are indicated to the old database?

Well, what's the problem then?
Where access is specified to be connected - there the server and is connected. Perhaps you already have this database somewhere different from where the domain name is directed to on the hosting?
