In my experience, a similar problem was solved by connecting several numbers through the E-Chat service (there is both Viber and Telegram), after which the "General Chat" application was used - that is, phone numbers were assigned to specific employees, and they saw only those messages in the chat , to which they had access rights (written to a specific number or from a specific employee number).
