Very urgent - General chat is not displayed ‼️

The employee's general chat no longer appears in processes as of today.

The problem is related to E-chat: if there is an existing correspondence with Viber bot, the chat is displayed, but if there is a correspondence in E-chat, the General chat is not displayed.

If you give an employee Administrator rights, the chat will be displayed. Nothing was changed in the rights.
