you did not specify the api url in the settings, so the standard one is used https://api.bsg.hk/v1.0/ and judging by the fact that the api answers, it is outdated and you need to register a new one in the settings https://app.bsg.hk/rest/

It did not come, I tried it in other processes, the same way. Doesn't give or receive errors
