How to remove notifications in the Central Committee when changing the status of Nova Poshta at the stages?

Hello!
Need your help on the "Remove Process Notifications" action.
For some reason, at certain stages of the BP where this action is set, I still receive notifications to the communication center. This happens when Novo Poshta actions are triggered.

At the stage "Refusing the package", I still received a notification https://prnt.sc/10kbnct
I tried to put this checkbox https://prnt.sc/10kbpsh in the Nova Poshta application, but then information about status changes is not shown at all in the process and this is not convenient.
How can I remove these notifications?

When this action is at other stages and there are no external triggers (like Nova Poshta), notifications are never displayed in the Central Committee.

The action is triggered only when you go to the stage, if you first went to the stage, deleted the notifications, and then the status of the new mail changed, then this will not work.
You need to choose one thing, if you only need notifications about the transition to the stage, then you can turn off new mail notifications in the settings, and when you go to the stages there will be a notification. Or all notifications about new mail status changes

I solved this problem through the actions "Change responsible" and "Change the author of the process"
