Registries are not created when creating New Mail invoices, the step action is enabled

According to this process, when trying to create a registry, we get the error "Registry in processing. Unable to add document"

Try now on a new process. Apparently, the new mail has changed (in connection with the new legislation) the language of the generated errors - they have added an exception to themselves.
