It works intermittently and sometimes gives a "Recipient not found" error.

This action has never worked yet, it constantly knocks out "Sender not found". Although when manually created, the sender is always pulled up instantly.

The issue is closed. It was necessary to specify in the settings what data to pull. From the name of the process, or from the contact card.
