Nova Poshta directory not working

For the past few days, we have been faced with such a situation that the New Mail directory does not work correctly, namely: cities and streets are not displayed. At first, we thought that some small cities and the directory had not yet been updated, but then quite large cities began to disappear.
Here is an example of a process where we cannot select the city "Gostomel" https://our-store.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/15025/edit/
