Justin's status tracking action not working

Order https://crm.giftstore.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/35324/edit/ I do not touch it, I left it for analysis
The statuses of Justin invoices (which are created from the box) in the order are shown https://prnt.sc/w3sq3d , but the action "Move the business process to this stage if the status of the Justin package has changed" with the status "Accepted by department" https://prnt .sc/w3sr7k doesn't work. Check on a new process where the status will be updated later than the current moment.
